Mindfulness and Mental Wellbeing


Mindfulness is the act of being in the moment, or simply taking time for yourself and letting your brain have a brew-break.

In this series of videos we expel some of the myths around mindfulness and also offer some tips and advice on how you can adopt the practice for yourself. All the advice is from Veterans and is what has worked for them.
